Telegraph Cove Marina reconstruction project completed July, 2008Beginning in October, 2007 Telegraph Cove Marina floats were removed from the water for billet floatation replacement and structural improvements. This large scale project replaced the old foam floatation with new HDPE encapsulated closed-cell foam to meet our long term floatation needs. This reconstruction project included the creation of 13 additional marina slips, the addition of a breakwater, and the placement of a two additional fish cleaning stations. |

2007 Tourism season a huge success.Telegraph Cove Marina enjoyed another great tourism season. YTD though September 2007, overall business was up by 18 percent over 2006. Many thanks to our dedicated repeat customers and to our new guests who have come to discover the adventure activities and wonderful atmosphere to be found at Telegraph Cove. Dockside 29 continues to prove itself as the premier north island accommodation. |

Diesel Fuel Available in Alert Bay again.Namgis First Nation has funding in place to re-open the fuel dock in Alert Bay by May of 2008, in time for the 2008 cruising season. This will greatly benefit local marine traffic in need of diesel fuel. |

Telegraph Cove Road Paving Project CompletedNo more dusty road! We are delighted to announce that reconstruction, widening and paving has taken place on the last 3.6 kilometers of the Telegraph Cove Road. This 2-million-dollar road reconstruction project began in July, 2005 and was completed in June, 2006. Enjoy a smooth ride all the way to Telegraph Cove. |

2 Million Gallon Reservoir is fully operationalOur 2-million-gallon raw water reservoir was completed in October, 2005. This is an enormous benefit to our long-term water needs. Our licensed, state of the art water treatment plant, with 125,000 gallon water storage tank, provides pure, clean drinking water to our homesites, Dockside 29, and RV sites. Our well-engineered sewer system stands ready to easily handle the additional demand of our homesite owners and more. Large water mains, fire hydrants, underground power now energized, and fiber optic phone lines await our Telegraph Point buyers. |

Marina Improvements for 2006Over 10,000 square feet of concrete decking now surrounds Dockside 29 for vastly improved walking access and viewing areas around our marina. A new foot ramp was placed near our boat ramp. We now have four marina foot-ramps in total. |

Dockside 29 now has Wireless InternetJune, 2006-All of Dockside 29, the new concrete decking surrounding the Seahorse Cafe, and Telegraph Cove Marina laundry room, now have free wireless connectivity. |
