Further development plans include cove-side residential and retail; a lodge on the high flat parcel above Dockside 29; an executive par-3 golf course; and additional commercial facilities, multi-family units, and homesites.
There are also plans to donate land at Bauza Point to a non-profit organization (Johnstone Strait Killer Whale Interpretive Centre Society) for a world class marine mammal interpretive centre.
